Provides research, resources and news relevant to emergency management and includes statistics and information, photos, video and media about past disaster events.

Provides access to health information resources and technology for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. Produced by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, their  intent is to connect people to quality disaster health information and foster a culture of community resiliency.

Collects updates and analysis from more than 4,000 global information sources around the clock. This content includes country and disaster reports, maps, info-graphics, learning opportunities and events of interest to humanitarians.

Uses knowledge from Cochrane Reviews and other systematic reviews to provide reliable, up-to-date evidence on interventions that might be considered in the context of natural disasters and other major healthcare emergencies.

Located in Darwin at the Royal Darwin Hospital and provides a rapid response in the event of a mass casualty incident in the region.  It is a key element of the Australian Government's disaster and emergency medical response to incidents of national and international significance.
