Book Purchasing and International (ISO) Standards

We can assist you with finding resources to purchase, attaining competitive pricing, gaining quotes for purchase approvals and managing your orders. We work to quick turnaround times and are happy to answer your questions.


Print and Online Journal Subscriptions Management

The Library can organise your work unit’s print/online journal subscription. We can:

  • Organise a quote from the publishers
  • Process your request and payment (after approval from your delegated officer)
  • Manage your work unit’s annual renewal
  • Set up access from your desktop (onsite and offsite for online resources)
  • Run usage reports and troubleshoot any technical problems with online access issues

NT Health ePublications and Legal Deposit Support

ePublications

The digital repository provides access to the NT Health's electronic publications, including annual reports, newsletters and research material. We can assist in uploading, retrieving and editing items as well as training in the use of the repository. Search ePublications.

Legal Deposit

Legal Deposit is the legislative requirement to provide Territory and Natnal Libraries with a copy of publications that are intended for the public. The Legal Deposit Policy formalises the role of Library Services to coordinate the distribution of publications to the relevant libraries to ensure NT Health publishers comply with the Territory and Federal legislations. All approved NT Health publications should be sent to Library Services for distribution.  
 
What do you need to do?

  • Approved print publications - send 3 copies to the Library Services  (Block 4 RDH)

Library Training Rooms Technical Support

We can assist you with setting up your video and teleconferencing meetings and help troubleshoot technical issues. To book a room visit Room Bookings.


Library Online Resources and Mobile Apps Technical Support

We can assist members of the NT Health Library to connect to specialist medical and nursing resources that are available as an app (for iPhone, iPad or Android) or mobile platform.
