Connecting to Mobile Resources: ClinicalKey

Instructions - Apple and Android

Register for an Account with ClinicalKey

1. Go to ClinicalKey at:  www.clinicalkey.com.au
2. Click Register on the top right hand corner.
3. Enter required details. Please use your NTG email address for this App. Your email address will be your user name.
4. Click Register at the bottom of the form.
5. ClinicalKey will automatically recognise the nt.gov.au email domain in the registration process and associate it with the NT Health Library subscription

Activate Remote Access

1. Go to ClinicalKey at: https://www.clinicalkey.com.au/#!/
2. click Login on the top right hand corner.
3. Enter the username and password you just created
4. From the drop down menu in the top right corner click remote access
5. Check your email and click the activation link to activate Remote Access.
6. You will be redirected to ClinicalKey and told if Remote Access has been activated.

Download the app from your App Store:

1. Go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and search for ClinicalKey.
2. Download the free ClinicalKey app.
3. Open the app
4. Enter your Institutional username (Government email) that you used to create your registration at step 5 and password.
5. App is now ready to use.

 This mobile platform requires an internet connection.

NOTE: 180 Day Remote Access Re-Activation Required

To maintain App currency and Remote Access be sure to log in to ClinicalKey at least every 180 days.
