Connecting to Mobile Resources: eTG Complete

eTG Complete is a leading Australian source of accurate, independent and practical treatment advice for a wide range of clinical conditions. It includes explicit instructions for therapy, assisting practitioners in making decisions to ensure their patients receive optimum treatment.

Instructions

The user MUST register for a token from within their institution’s IP range. They do not have to be within IP range to log in to the app.

  Registering for a token/receiving a token

1. To request a token, go to the ‘Request a token’ page via this link:  https://www.ezpdhcs.nt.gov.au/login?url=https://tgldcdp.tg.org.au/tokenUserDetails
2. Complete each of the fields on this screen and select ‘Submit’ to register for a token.
3. If you are within IP range, you will receive a token. A token number should appear on the screen. This token is needed for accessing the app.
4. You should also receive the token in an email.

  Entering a token to access the eTG complete app

1. Download the app from the App store or Google Play.
2. Go through the usual steps to install the app.
3. Choose ‘Institutional user login’ from the two options on the screen.
4. Log in using your email and your token.      

  Your app access will need to be renewed annually.

NOTE: 365 Day Re-Verification Required

A new token is required at each renewal. You will be sent a reminder email with these instructions when renewal is required.

(This renewal feature is currently not working. Please email support@tg.org.au and supply them with the email address you previously registered for the token with, and you will be manually re-assigned a token).
