Mobile Apps

These mobile resources are provided free to eLibrary4HP members, thanks to subscriptions and licensing arrangements paid for by the NT Department of Health Library Services. The instructions for downloading and accessing these resources can be found below.

MIMS Online

ClinicalKey mobile platform


This mobile platform gives you access to an easy to use, mobile friendly interface for searching ClinicalKey.
Instructions - iPhone & iPad
  1. Using your mobile device, go to
  2. Click Register on the top right hand corner.
  3. Enter required details. Your email will be your user name.
  4. Click Register on the bottom left hand corner.
  5. Click Login on the top right hand corner.
  6. Enter the username and password you just created
  7. From the drop down menu in the top right corner click remote access
  8. Enter your email address
  9. Check your email and click the activation link to activate Remote Access.
  10. You will be redirected to the mobile platform.
  11. Go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and search for ClinicalKey.
  12. Download the free ClinicalKey app.
  13. Open the app
  14. Choose the Australian edition of ClinicalKey
  15. Select either ClinicalKey or ClinicalKey for Nursing.
  16. Enter your Institutional username (Government email) that you used to create your registration at step 5 and password.
  17. App is now ready to use.

This mobile platform requires an internet connection.



 This mobile platform gives you access to an easy to use, mobile friendly interface   for searching MIMS.
  1. Enter your username and password details if prompted.
  2. Select from the Apple or Android options.
  3. Enter your email address & click 'Proceed'.
  4. Enter your details and click 'Complete Registration'. You will be sent a confirmation email with your unique token code.
  5. On your mobile device, go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and search for 'MIMS Australia'.
  6. Download the free iMIMS app. This is a very large app (approx. 450MB) and will take some time to load. We suggest you connect to a stable WiFi network.
  7. Open the app and touch 'Login (Token Required)' and enter your unique token.
  8. The app is now ready to use.

When prompted, type in the username and password that you were issued when you registered as a library member.
