Mobile Apps

These mobile resources are provided free to eLibrary4HP members, thanks to subscriptions and licensing arrangements paid for by the NT Department of Health Library Services. The instructions for downloading and accessing these resources can be found below.

MIMS

                     

This mobile platform gives you access to an easy to use, mobile friendly interface   for searching MIMS.
 
Instructions
  2. Enter your username and password details if prompted.
  3. Select from the Apple or Android options.
  4. Enter your email address & click 'Proceed'.
  5. Enter your details and click 'Complete Registration'. You will be sent a confirmation email with your unique token code.
  6. On your mobile device, go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and search for 'MIMS Australia'.
  7. Download the free iMIMS app. This is a very large app (approx. 450MB) and will take some time to load. We suggest you connect to a stable WiFi network.
  8. Open the app and touch 'Login (Token Required)' and enter your unique token.
  9. The app is now ready to use.

Instructions

The user MUST register for a token from within their institution’s IP range. They do not have to be within IP range to log in to the app.

  Registering for a token/receiving a token

  1. To request a token, go to the ‘Request a token’ page via this link:  https://tgldcdp-tg-org-au.nthealthlibrary.idm.oclc.org/tokenUserDetails
  2. Complete each of the fields on this screen and select ‘Submit’ to register for a token.
  3. If you are within IP range, you will receive a token. A token number should appear on the screen. This token is needed for accessing the app.
  4. You should also receive the token in an email.


  Entering a token to access the eTG complete app

  1. Download the app from the App store for Apple, or follow these instructions for Android.
  2. Go through the usual steps to install the app.
  3. Choose ‘Institutional user login’ from the two options on the screen.
  4. Log in using your email and your token.      

  Your app access will need to be renewed annually.

 

NOTE: 365 Day Re-Verification Required

A new token is required each year. Therapeutic Guidelines will issue a reminder email to you with renewal instructions.

ClinicalKey

 

This mobile platform gives you access to an easy to use, mobile friendly interface for searching ClinicalKey. Non NTG Health professionals with MOU agreement can request remote access.

1.Contact the Health Library on 89228961 to obtain your unique Registration ID and Password

2. Visit ClinicalKey at www.clinicalkey.com/register

3. Enter your unique Registration ID and Password provided by the library. 

Please note: When copying and pasting, ensure you do not copy any additional spaces at the beginning or end of the ID or password, as a space will register as an invalid character.

4. Click 'continue'

5. To complete the process, register for a personal account by clicking 'Register Now'.

After completing these steps, you can access the site from any location and from any device with your username and password.
