Collaborative research

Collaborative research can occur between institutions such as governments, private enterprise and not-for-profit organisations at a local, national or international level. This can bring about many challenges which will need to be managed, including  diversity of regulatory and legal systems, methodologies and research practices, funding arrangements, organisational structures and culture.

• Improve the quality of scientific research
• Extend research relationships and networks
• Share expertise and knowledge transfer

How to find an author or researcher

To browse all NT Health author and researcher profiles, select either Author Profiles from the top menu bar or the People icon underneath the search bar on the homepage.

You can search for a specific author or browse by:

• Name - a list of all author profiles
• Work Unit- author profiles by NT Health work unit or division
• Location - author profiles by location (e.g. Royal Darwin Hospital, Wadeye)
• Region - author profiles by region (e.g. East Arnhem, Barkly)

Finding prolific authors in a field

Some search engines may be available to you through University affiliation or paid subscription, and will assist you in finding prolific authors in your field of study. If you are enrolled with a University who subscribes to these platforms you can access these for free:

• Web of Science
• Scopus
