About the NTHRPO Special Collections
The repository includes a number of special collections that have been created to best suit the requirements of specific NT Health work units. These publications are hosted exclusively on the repository. At the discretion of the Director Library Services, NT Health work units can request to store other digital publications in the repository for preservation purposes (in a closed collection); or to make available on external sites for departmental purposes.

The banned drinker register (BDR) is a harm reduction tool operating across the Northern Territory (NT). The BDR identifies people who are banned from purchasing takeaway alcohol and stops their purchase. The Banned Drinker Register collection includes yearly evaluations and monthly statistical reports from the BDR.
Health Statistics and Informatics
The Health Statistics and Informatics collection comprises of publications produced by the Health Statistics and Informatics branch of NT Health. The branch delivers value added statistical analysis, research and reporting on a wide range of relevant issues to inform policy and service planning in the NT.
The Remote Health Atlas provides remote health resources for non-government health services and agencies, including clinical protocols, pharmacy guidelines, emergency kits and health forms.
The Northern Territory (NT) Disease Control Bulletin is produced by the NT Centre for Disease Control. It has been published quarterly since 1991. The bulletin provides the latest data on communicable disease and notifiable conditions in the NT. It includes: surveillance and epidemiological data, immunisation coverage, articles, and links to current research.
