Submit to NT Health Research and Publications Online

NT Health staff can submit new items to the repository using the self-service electronic forms under the ‘Forms’ tab above. Submitting via these forms enables the repository team to collect the metadata and approvals required to publish an item to the repository.

If you have a large number of items to submit to the repository, contact the repository team for alternative methods of submission.

How to submit an NT Health publication or multimedia item:

  1. Check that the item fits the repository's Criteria for Inclusion for NT Health publications and multimedia
  2. Obtain Level 2 delegate approval (see more about approvals)
  3. Submit a new NT Health Publication or Multimedia item submission form

 


How to submit a journal article, conference paper or poster:

  1. Check that the item fits the repository's Criteria for Inclusion for NT Health research output
  2. Check that you have correctly included NT Health in your author affiliation
  3. Fill in the relevant submission form:
    1. Submit a journal article
    2. Submit a conference paper, presentation or poster

 


How to submit other item types:

  1. Check that the item fits the repository's criteria for inclusion for the General Repository or NT Health Research Collection
  2. Contact Library Services at libraryrmu.doh@nt.gov.au with your request

For authors:

  • Share your research with a global audience
  • Increase the visibility of and access to your research through search engines such as Google and Trove
  • Satisfy the open access requirements of funding bodies including the ARC and NHMRC
