FAQs

Only users who have access to the Techstreet platform can access the documents. As most documents are Secured PDF's, they cannot be shared via USB or share drives to other users. Each user will have to download directly from Techstreet Enterprise.

Users will need to register for a Techstreet Enterprise login account in order to view or download a document. File Open will need to be installed before you can download. (See viewing and downloading Standards tab)

You can create a list of documents and invite colleagues to view your list. However each of your colleagues will need to register for a Techstreet account and have File Open installed on their device in order to view and download a document.

Offline viewing is possible, however, the user must remain logged into Techstreet Enterprise with the browser window open or else the session is severed and they will not be able to view their downloads.

The device does not matter, it can be re-downloaded to any device that is needed by logging into the Techstreet.

It is not possible to view PDF's that are shared in this way, they can only be downloaded from Techstreet Enterprise using each user's log in credentials.
