AusDI database on trial
AusDI is an Australian drug information database designed to help healthcare professionals make confident clinical decisions. It contains over 80,000 pages of medicines information, a product identifier tool, interactions and safety modules. Additional content includes Don't Rush to Crush (DRTC), Natural Medicines, and IMgateway Interactions (herb, supplement and food interactions).

Trial ends 31 December 2023.

Characterisation of Corynebacterium diphtheriae isolates in the Northern Territory of Australia.

This article reviews 41 Corynebacterium diphtheriae wound swab isolates from the tropical Northern Territory of Australia. On polymerase chain reaction and whole genome sequencing, no isolates were toxigenic strains.

This paper highlights the need for societal change in the way we think about health and well-being by bringing together these two related concepts 'the well-being economy' and 'Health in All Policies (HiAP).

Genomic databanks provide robust assessment of invasive mosquito movement pathways and cryptic establishment.

This article reports on the use of genomic databanks, highlighting their value as a method of comparison of incursion samples, observation of genomic tracing and value as a tool to restrict the spread of invasive pests.

Hot off the press the Pandemic Quarantine Facility Guide presents a series of resources based on the quarantine facility model of the Centre for National Resilience at Howard Springs Quarantine Centre (CNR), Northern Territory. The guide translates the model of care and lessons learned during the CNR two year operational period.
