Celebrating nurses and midwives across NT Health
In recognition of the International Day of the Midwife (May 5th) and International Nurses Day (May 12th), we would like to thank all nurses and midwives for your professionalism, compassion and round-the-clock commitment to caring for patients across the Territory.

To support the ongoing commitment of nurses and midwives to professional development and implementing evidence-based, best practice solutions to patient care, we have put together a selection of resources that you might find useful for your continuing education and clinical practice.

Congratulations to the six newly commenced registered nurses undertaking the CDU Bachelor of Midwifery
In March the library provided an orientation session for six nurses recently enrolled in the CDU Bachelor of Midwifery Employed Model Program. The two year program supports students to meet the clinical requirements of the course while employed as a registered nurse / student midwife and working in the RDH Maternity Unit.
