In this guide you will find information to build skills, knowledge and experience in delivering sustainable healthcare for your professional area of expertise. Explore sustainability by specialty, topic or focus area.

Library Experience Survey key findings

In June/July 2024 the Library undertook a survey across all our library patrons - NT Health staff. The purpose of the survey was to use evidence-based justification for ongoing renewal of resources and continuation of services that align with the Strategic Focus Area 4.1.2 of the NT Health Strategic Plan 2023-2028.

We learned a lot about how beloved the Library is as a service, and appreciated as a unique space on the RDH campus to study, work and meet. We will be using these results to work on projects in 2025 that will address your suggestions for improvement. Take a look at the infographic to read more about our key findings.

Special collections page

The Library houses four very unique collections. These special collections, in both digital and physical forms, comprise a unique range of books, manuscripts, conference papers and serials relating to tropical medicine, medicine and nursing in the Northern Territory, including personal collections of individuals that have contributed to improving the health of Territorians.

WHAT YOU'RE SAYING

" I have very much appreciated the practical training sessions put on by the library and requests to access full text articles I haven't been able to access independently.

I think this service is outstanding and extremely supportive of NT Health research and policy support. The newer handles for accessing NT Health factsheets and statistics are a vast improvement on the old. "
