Mental health resources: promoting wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem
Many people find it hard to talk about mental health. It can often be stigmatised and not understood amongst family, friends or work colleagues, leaving a person feeling lost and not sure where or who to turn to. However, you are not alone. Did you know over two in five Australians aged 16-85 years (43.7% or 8.6 million people) have experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life?*

The Library's
Mental Health Subject guide provides quick access to key resources available to support staff wellbeing as well as staff working in mental health. Explore DSM-5 titles, point-of-care tools, databases, mental health workplace toolkits, books and more.
